I moved into Lynnwood Retirement Residence a few months ago. Before moving I met with Heather several times to view different suites and talk about transitioning into the residence. Heather was very patient, informative, and easy to talk to. Once I made the decision to move, I immediately felt comfortable and welcome. The staff are genuinely friendly and so helpful. Heather S has made moving into Chartwell a smooth transition for my parents. My parents are now enjoying their time meeting and socializing with other residents. I feel they are safer and will thrive in this environment.

I have been living at the Lynnwood for 9 months now and it is truly my happy place. Great staff, great residents and there is lots to do. I enjoy all the games and visiting with other residents at coffee time. It is a wonderful community and if I am able to help others, I feel fulfilled. So glad I made the move, so happy to be living at the Lynnwood.

Our journey of looking into finding a “home” for my 95 year old mom began Jan 2025. We asked a friend who had been a care aid for years what she would recommend. She had worked in all the Chartwell homes in Chilliwack and her sisters both lived there so we contacted them. Heather was the first one to email me and our search began.
