Our parents had a fire in their home and needed to relocate urgently. The team at the Wellesley worked with us to get them into a unit quickly and even furnished it for us. They were extremely accommodating and positive to work with. My parents really enjoyed their lovely unit, as well as the food, especially the freshly baked desserts. There are several social areas available and many activities available. I am grateful for their care and we really enjoyed having my parents here in this lovely setting.

I am deeply disappointed with the standard of care provided at this residence. Despite its promises, the facility consistently fails to meet basic expectations in cleanliness, communication, and attention to residents' needs. My experience has been marked by delayed responses to medical concerns, lack of proper engagement activities, and a general atmosphere that feels more institutional than compassionate.
