During the year in which our mother was a resident at Chartwell Kingsville, she enjoyed the beautiful setting and the excellent meals prepared every day. But most of all, it was the staff who treated all residents like a special family member. They went above and beyond every day. I recommend this retirement home without reservations!
I cannot say enough about the entire staff at the Chartwell Retirement Residence in Kingsville. Each and every one of them treated my dad and our family with the utmost friendliness, care, kindness and respect. The staff is by far Chartwells greatest asset.
The staff at Chartwell Kingsville are fantastic! Mandy, Caroline, Savanah, Laurie, Claudette, etc. have helped my mom transition into the retirement home with much love and support. I cannot thank them enough for everything they do for her on a daily basis. She loves the facility and is enjoying all of the activities and outings that Caroline plans. I am happy knowing that she is having fun and feels safe in her new surroundings. Outstanding job everyone - we appreciate you all!!!
We have had a family member who has been part of the Chartwell family for over the last four months. During this time they have received excellent and outstanding care. Savanah has from the beginning made us feel welcome and has demonstrated nothing but concern care and cooperation.
