My mom moved into Venvi Heritage - Manor in Dec 2025 and at first was not sure what to expect. After just a few days she felt right at home. The residence is extremely clean and well maintained, the studio she is in was recently renovated complete with walk-in shower, new flooring, fresh paint and lots of storage!! My mother spent a month in respite at Venvi Heritage Manor and loved the experience so much that she decided to move in permanently. She said all the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. They take care of the residents and make sure that they have everything they need to make their life pleasant and secure. She has been very happy since she moved there and enjoys doing the activities. The food is very good and she likes that her laundry and housekeeping is done for her.

Nous avons visité plusieurs résidences avec mon père. TOut de suite à notre arrivée, mon père a rencontrè des gens qu’il connaissait, tout le monde avait l’air heureux! Il s’est senti tout de suite comfortable. Il a une chambre complètement rénovée et adore là bouffe! Le fait que le personnel y travaille depuis plusieurs années nous a convaincu que la résidence était le bon endroit pour lui. In gros merci à Rémi qui a su nous mettre à l’aise tout de suite!

My aunt has been a resident at Venvi Heritage (previously Chartwell) since September 2022. She recently moved from the independent-living side to the assisted-living side. This was an endeavour that required a lot of co-ordinating as her new studio room was being renovated. The residence staff (especially the LIfestyle Consultant Rémi) were very helpful in making her transition go smoothly. The whole staff at Venvi are in fact all very pleasant and willing to help when needed.
