We took a tour of Chartwell Harwood in April during their open house. Ashley Akins greeted us and showed us around. We were very impressed with the facilities, the activities and services that are offered and the units are very spacious. My mother in law just moved in this past week and seems to be adjusting well. We are. Rey pleased that she chose to move there. We highly recommend.
We just moved our Mother into Chartwell Harwood in Ajax last week and we’ve had the most wonderful experience so far, we couldn’t be more pleased. Ashley is amazing and goes above and beyond for us and our Mom. Starting from the detailed tour to the actual move in, everything has gone seamlessly. We’ve had a great experience with transitioning my parents into Chartwell Harwood. From the first moment we walked in the door Ashley and her team were nothing but supportive and helpful. Making the transition to a retirement home has been a stressful process for my parents but I feel that they are in great hands at Chartwell. My dad is currently in the hospital and was unable to be present for the health assessment.
