My brother has been living at the Chartwell Empress Kanata for 15 months. It was a difficult transition for him as he has lived alone in his own home for 40 years. All of the staff have been cheerful, friendly and helpful. He enjoys the meals, the afternoon social gatherings, and the outings on the mini bus.
