Was unable to call and leave this message but kids are outside smashing property, trying to start a fire. Littering absolutely everywhere and smashing of property. Thought residents should know as they are continually trying to start a fire.
The staff at Chartwell was wonderful with my mother. The facility was clean and well run. Lots of activities. They were a great resource to help us as my mother needed more support and went above and beyond to help both my mother and I. I would highly recommend anyone looking for senior care to look at this place.
Katelyn was extremely helpful while I was staying with my Mom at Chartwell after she got out of the hospital.I truly appreciate the underground parking spot she gave me. It made everything so much easier. Thanks so much!
My Father was here for over two years. What a nightmare! They nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING! Laundry is outrageously expensive. You have to provide toilet paper and hygiene supplies! They NEVER call you back when you call. Dad was using a walker and falling several times each month. They refused to put him in a wheelchair! Very unhappy with the care! Very few activities. Just TV.
