We just moved my father-in-law Bill into Chartwell Emerald Hills. The staff here are AMAZING! They made a stressful move into a smooth and positive experience. Everyone is so welcoming and take the time to talk to you and get to know you. The facility is beautiful and there are so many things for him to do. My FIL is so happy here which a big relief to us. A big thank you to all the staff!
Azmina is the nicest person you are going to meet at this location. She answered all our questions with respect for us.. The questions we thought we dumb she answered for us.. Explaining stuff we didn’t know existed.. Thanks for all you help. Bernice and Dennis
NEEDS BETTER STAFF ! To be completely honest, it is a nice building with many helpful and exceptional staff members. In fear of possibly getting kicked out of the Care Facility as they're not a lot available options on the market, my family member will remain anonymous Most staff seems friendly and helpful. It was very nice to see staff escort, my family member to dinner. And all the feedback I got from others that I spoke to there say te food is generally great.
