The moment my parents and I walked into Collegiate Heights we knew that this was going to work as a "new home". From arranging move-in, navigating the new days, day to day care, concern for well-being, and support during difficult times the entire staff was amazingly professional, friendly and caring.My parents were blessed with a year of marriage, free of mundane chores. Instead they had laughs, friendly faces and caring hearts.

I am one of the students who had a placement and choose to volunteer here in Chartwell. I can say that the residents and the staff were nice and approachable. The place is clean and well taken care of. I was supervised by Mam Jen, the lifestyle program manager, she’s very nice and teaches us everything and makes our duty light and calm. I learned a lot from her especially in terms of being creative and resourceful.
