I did my second placement in chartwell. The staff were so friendly and caring towards residents like their staff member names I wanted to mention such Poonam, Jasmine, Sam , Paige, Betty . The place was very clean too . The food they served their residents was also quite good .

My elderly aunt moved to Clair Hills a month ago and we are beyond pleased with the move. The building itself is well maintained and welcoming the minute you step through the front door. The food is restaurant quality rather than cafeteria style. The Residence is well managed along with excellent staff with no exceptions.
