Visited Chartwell Cite-Jardin 'open door' concept yesterday. Very pleasant tour of the residence showing us all the activities, dining areas and services offered to the residents. All these discoveries surpassed my expectations. Thank you very much Jacques Légaré, Rental counselor for this pleasant tour of Chartwell.
My friend's mother lived at this residence in the area where she required more care. It was horrible! The care is non existant. The staff is constantly at the nurses station behind the glass window on their phones. Her mom was hospitalized for a fractured pelvis. She returned to the residence. When I went to visit the next day I found her crying. She had terrible pain. When I asked the nurse when she received her analgesics she looked it up. Très belle visite guidée et surtout bien accueilli par monsieur Carl Sigoin. Connaît très bien sa résidence et avons pu visiter toutes les airs de vie et visiter également 2 différents appartements pour voir les grandeurs des pièces. Merci m. Sigouin
