Our mom has been residing at Chartwell for abt 6 mo’s now. While the transition has been a challenge for us all, Chartwell has been brilliant. The premises are so lovely, the food outstanding, the events and offerings so broad, but the highlight is the staff who exceed in their kindness and support. Chartwell in Kelowna is such a warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained community. The atmosphere is incredibly positive, and it’s clear the team truly cares about the residents. A special shout-out to McKenzie her exceptional service, kindness, and bright energy make such a massive difference. She always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and cared for. If you are looking for a place that feels like a true home with an amazing, dedicated team, I cannot recommend Chartwell enough!

You Want your Loved Ones to Live Here!!! Every member of the Caring Staff makes this a wonderful place to call Home. From the moment the admissions staff assist you to each and everyday you are there, everyone is happy to treat you like part of a family. The food is exceptional and the activities are endless. My Dad is a resident of Chartwell and has been for the past 4 years. It is the perfect place for him. The staff is awsome. The food is excellent. He absolutely loves it there which makes it easy for the family to know he is being looked after so well. I would highly recommend Chartwell to anyone looking for a retirement residence. Honestly I can’t wait until I can move in.
