Chartwell Chateau Cornwall has exceeded all expectations! We lost our beloved mother in Sep 2024 and it has been a rough road navigating through all the changes with our elderly father. We decided as a family that having the security, support and comfort of a retirement residence would be the best transition for him. I would like to take this time to thank the wonderful staff and especially Sabrina Mctaggart. I had to place my mom urgently from where she lived in Ottawa to Cornwall, which is closer to where I live and more accessible for me to visit. My mom was diagnosed with progressive dementia and Sabrina took the time to contact a memory care nurse in the Ottawa area to evaluate my mom if she would be a good fit at the Chartwell Cornwall .
