I have been visiting seniors for many years as a volunteer in my church and as such, I have visited numerous care facilities. I would just like to say that of all the care homes I have visited, Chartwell Cedarbrooke stands out by far, as the warmest and most welcoming of all! I can't commend the staff enough for their friendliness and outstanding service, especially Leah and Joanne who never fail to greet me with a welcoming smile and a brief chat. I moved my loved ones in over the past month and the staff here are just amazing! A huge shout out to Joanna H for all her support and answering questions, to Ashley (food services manager) and Jovy (home support)! Everyone we've met who lives here raves about how fantastic it is. I feel secure in our choice with Ceaderbrooke.
