They made dad feel welcome from the moment he walked in!! Asked if he had lunch and ordered one for him to take up to his new suite.They had a lovely welcome basket with lots of goodies inside in his Kitchen with 2 weeks of activities and a list of residents in the building . They even had a Welcome Bud sign at the front desk for all to welcome dad. My mom spent approximately 1.5 years at the Birchwood. It is a very welcoming and supportive retirement residence. The staff are fantastic, very caring and attentive. Mom said the food and menu options were always great. As my mom's care needs increased, all the staff, including the leadership team were attentive and responsive to her needs. It was a really great place and my mom enjoyed her time there. I highly recommend.
We are so happy in our new home. The people here are welcoming, the staff are the best, and the food delicious. It is the best move we've ever made. Our cat, Ozzie, loves it too.
I am a performer that visits this location fairly often. I always look forward to seeing the residents and staff. Everyone is always happy and cheerful. I truly enjoy my visits here
