Our experience finding a residence for my father was quite disappointing until we toured Chartwell Belcourt Retirement Residences. Our contact person was Angèle Labranche, Conseillière en location. Angèle was more than amazing. Her professionalism, empathy, love for her job and genuine caring for her residents were eminently displayed throughout our visit.
