Not regarding this branch itself but Chartway is a horrible bank to use! Twice my account has been in the negative when I KNOW I’ve always transferred the money to the correct account before using it. I will be taking all my funds out & going to another credit union! I’ll never use Chartway again & I would never refer anybody to use them! Taking peoples money & putting them in the negative is crazy.

So one of my current employers is a Chartway member and she utilizes this institution for her business needs. Unfortunately it just further confirmed my reason for not being a member of this institution, I guess because they charge individuals a 2 percent fee to cash a check because the member wrote it for me in lament terms; guess they are a small business and not able to stand alone without taking from others.
