Rachael was thoughtful in the way she addressed our concerns and assisted us in putting our money in a CD.
Jordan was very helpful in answering all of our questions in reference to our CD that had matured. He made our decision easy on what do do with it. We kept the money with Chartway as their latest CD rate was better than most of the banks in Chesapeake.
