Was really considering reopening my accounts with chartway. I was a former member firm 16-25 But today’s visit was odd to say the least. I went in around 2:45pm to cash 3 smaller increments checks given to me by a chartway member. I’ve taken checks to other branches with no issues but today visiting manager from the crossways branch was rude from the moment I stepped to get desk and mind you I had already waited 15 min while she finished with the gentleman in front of me. I went in to refinance my auto loan. Rachel was awesome. I explained ro her I was purchasing a home, and needed my monthly payments at a certain amount. She was able to make it happen.
Bank staff, Lisa Pugh, has excellent people skills and she is very knowledgeable concerning bank services. When I left, I felt even more confident about Chartway!
