I emailed in some questions as I had zero experience in the house buying paperwork. Samantha went above and beyond to give me a call (I was not yet a client) and walk me thru the paperwork that I found terrifying. She quickly helped ease my worries in such a fashion that the family felt 100% with making a choice to use Charthouse for the rest of the process.
