What a joke of a business this place they are menacing over the phone when it’s time for payment. I also other reviews I’ve seen have had to do the work myself in chasing up the claim with who I was complaining about, when I spoke to them they told me charter house claims had only made contact with them once and this was to raise the initial complaint with them, I spoke to these 7months after I asked charter house to act on my behalf as I had not heard anything I contacted the bank myself and went through the complaint proce... read more
This company harassed me for 2 years and I finally gave in in 2024 and gave them consent to do a check into vanquis and new day LTD, then now I’m getting emails for a Halifax overdraft claim I never consented them to do, so it seems once you sign on consent form they copy it and contact all your bank providers and get claims then issue you with invoices. I’ve now contacted the Financial Conduct Authority because I never gave them permission beyond the 2 credit cards to contact others I had banked with for them to claim fees ... read more
Absolute nightmare in more debt now! They hound you as well by keep calling call after call!
Put you into more debt, charge you £70 and then add a load of fees. Absolute rubbish
