Very bad service, loan company refused to uphold the decision made by Financial ombudsman, Charterhouse then demanded payment, didn't care that the loan company was not doing it's part, I now have further issues with my credit score, oh and despite my requests to be removed from further spam like emails they keep landing in my inbox! Avoid this company!
