Sean was great in the beginning. Last year was a disaster. I received some other couples' taxes thru the portal that lived in Plano. I called immediately to notify him and got no response. I sent several emails, left messages, sent messages thru the portal and got no response. This was a 2 to 3 weeks span of time.
