Spectrum is pathetic!! It advertises 200 meg. I never get 200 meg. 35-50 on s good day!!! If i had any other option i woukd not use charter!! Now they advertise mibile, really!! With internet service this poor and they want me to use them for mobile service!! Really they must be out of their mind!! I have called 5 times in the last few weejs and all i get is runaround. When I complained about spectrum app i was told that was a “bonus” so I shouldn’t ecoect it to be prfect!!
The highest cost cable company out there. Terrible customer service.
