Worst bank ever! I pay $12.95 maintenance fee for a checking account it’s ridiculous
Nothing but horrible experiences since the merger! I called customer service after losing my debit card and was on hold for over 20 minutes, only to be told they can't do anything but take my name and number and return my call once the merger is complete. So, I've been going on 5 days without being able to see if someone has accessed my account. I'll be closing this account and moving to a much better bank once I'm able to do so.
#bringbackcharter i have been charged over draft fees for stuff I had the money for . I wasn’t aware of any changes that was about to happen .
