If you're looking for a mortgage, this is not the bank to go to. What bank in 2018 does not allow you to make a mortgage payment online, and only accepts payments at their locations or through snail mail? You can't even call to make a payment over the phone. Seems like something small, but when you live in a time when hardly anyone writes checks, it's a big inconvenience. They're definitely in the dark ages as far as technology.
This is one of the best banking experiences that I have ever had consistently. Everyone is always so friendly and as far as the bank itself, I highly recommend becoming a customer. There are no "hidden fees" or "surprises" that pop up on your account, which is a BIG change from many other area banks. It is a real convenience that they work on "true time" for deposits and other transactions.
