Class act at Charter Senior Living. Mom was greeted with smiles and complete respect. The staff is very attentive to her and our family. Walked in and immediately knew it was the right place for her.

I've only visited a few times but all the employees seem very helpful and friendly. Karen at the front desk is an amazing asset. It is so nice to be greeted with such kindness after moving from ohio living.

My first contact with Kylie was a couple months ago while my brother was still in the hospital. She was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. She answered all my questions. Discharge from the hospital was delayed a few times but Kylie kept contact with me. Eventually, he came to Charter and was welcomed with framed pictures of our family making him feel at home. Tolandra is the best thing that has happened To charter, she has helped me navigate rules Been a person I can contact when I have a problem , and everybody I know loves her. I so hope she stays in my Mother’s life!
