They have raised the rent two times recently. Wonderful facility if money is no problem. Raising it again!
They raise the rent frequently. The staff turnover is pretty high
Charter has been wonderful with my Aunt from both sides Assisted and Flourish. The staff is great, willing do do anything that is asked of them. Very clean, no smells. Would highly recommend this facility.
Staff is attentive, capable and professional!
I will forever remember the kind & caring people at Charter…. Always the warmest greeting by Cheryl. Her kind and caring heart was evident throughout my brothers stay at Charter until the very end… people like Cheryl are the reason we know there is still good in this world….
