Throughout the last 2 months of visiting Charter, I have had an incredible experience with the staff. From the facility managers to the nurses, everyone is kind and truly cares about their patients! I would highly recommend this facility to all.
Mother in law did not get a shower this week so my wife gave her 2 showers on her own. Sheets were washed on Friday but when I came Sunday I had to make the bed.
I have 2 patients at Charter Senior Living. They are very happy and receive amazing care.
I am Thankful for the amazing care and attention given to my loved one. Thank you for you do.
When i walk in everything is clean. Its always quiet .
