My mom is getting excellent care at Charter. She loves her caregivers. The staff is very friendly and very attentive to her. We appreciate their loving service. The Mother’s Day celebration was wonderful.

I thought it was a great event. I really enjoyed meeting the other women at my table and I enjoyed the snacks and drinks you had and I cannot wait to go to another painting event. My mother even came and did some painting.

Great facility and supportive staff. Maria Woods is an exemplary professional. She has helped me so much with my sister and her needs. She has been a great advocate for all the community residents. I am very pleased with how my sister is cared for and made to feel like an integral part of the community. I have also noticed how attentive the staff is to other community members. My sister says the food is delicious and there are many activities for the community residents.
