As a nurse who has worked in Senior Living for 17 years, I don’t give praise lightly, and The Summit of Edgewood truly deserves it. The level of care, professionalism, and compassion shown to residents is exceptional. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in each resident’s well-being—not just clinically, but emotionally too. We had to move my mother to The Summit of Edgewood in the spring of 2025 so she has lived there 8 months now. She has dementia and we were told that it wasn't safe for her to live alone. The security of the building is excellent. The staff and everyone I have met are friendly, caring and respectful. From the front desk and maintenance personnel to the nurses and caregivers, they check on her frequently and take care of her meds and anything else she needs. Hi is there a reason you won’t fence in the rest of your pond a fix the gaps to help keep your own patients at risk of eloping an the children at Hopebridge safe from the water? You have gaps in ur fencing on your side with the big pond a a smaller body of water with no fence at all! Use to be a partial fence around the parking lot area of that small body of water it’s gone now why?! Drowning is the #1 leading accidental cause of death with autism an eloping not to mention this is a huge liability risk!
