I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with The Summit of Edgewood. We completed the agreed-upon work over 90 days ago, yet we have still not been paid for our services. Despite multiple follow-ups and attempts to resolve the situation, we have received nothing but empty promises and delays. As a business, we rely on timely payments to maintain operations, and the lack of professionalism displayed by The Summit of Edgewood has created unnecessary strain on our own resources. This is what diabetes care looks like at The Summit of Edgewood. This high - low bounce of blood sugar makes the patient feel terrible.

The staff is wonderful! Compassionate, helpful and attentive. They communicate well and are easily accessible which is different from the prior care facility.
