Charter Oak is a part of the Co-Op Shared Network yet they will only work with in state Credit Unions. I presented an out of state license and 2 other Federal IDs Charter Oak refused all services.
Been banking with Charter Oak for as long as I can remember. The employees here very helpful and committed to making sure you leave satisfied. Building is also very clean and we'll kept.
They love to charge for overdraft fees! Just had the worst interaction with a contact center digital supervisor. Was told several times they will not help because everything seems to be my fault. I have never had any issues that I needed to contact them before. I was sent ten emails telling me in different ways how they will not help me. Thanks Charter Oak.
