Always great service
This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life. I deposited my mother's life insurance check on Saturday, 31 January. The receipt said that the money would be available on February 4. Today is February 4, and the money is not available. I called the bank apparently now they're holding until the 10th, but they sent the letter on the second so why am I surprised I will be pulling all of my money out and closing this account after my check clears and going to Navy Federal because these people in this bank is aw... read more
Charter Oak is a part of the Co-Op Shared Network yet they will only work with in state Credit Unions. I presented an out of state license and 2 other Federal IDs Charter Oak refused all services.
Been banking with Charter Oak for as long as I can remember. The employees here very helpful and committed to making sure you leave satisfied. Building is also very clean and we'll kept.
