Had someone call me about a matter an he was beyond unprofessional mumbling as his speaking had to ask to repeat himself multiple times, even had to give him advice on how to speak then I asked for payment details to be emailed to my self an to no surprise not 1 actual payment detail was given no b pay numbers no invoice number nothing but a bank account when I asked for bpay numbers...

Unfortunately I keep receiving calls for a “Thomas Patterson”, every single day and multiple times a day. Seems like pure harassment at this point, especially because I’ve already advised they have the incorrect number for this person now. Does my name look like Thomas? No.

Paid this company over the amount I owed. They illegally dont give you a account closure form and I had to chase them to get my money refunded. Supposedly they dont do 2 points of contact which is law in Australia also. They just call off private numbers which smart phones block now. No email or letter to state they have ever called you

No Star Review Made my last payment to this company on the 10 September 2025, was told I would receive a confirmation letter stating the account has been finalised. Called today to follow up, was told there is a "system error" then was ask to give my bank details, as there is a refund, but was told by the consultant "I cant tell you how much" because there is a "system error". Told the consultant that i will call again everyday at 9am and again at 1.30pm until this is resolved. Piss poor effort....... Called back today at 9.... read more
