Paid this company over the amount I owed. They illegally dont give you a account closure form and I had to chase them to get my money refunded. Supposedly they dont do 2 points of contact which is law in Australia also. They just call off private numbers which smart phones block now. No email or letter to state they have ever called you
No Star Review Made my last payment to this company on the 10 September 2025, was told I would receive a confirmation letter stating the account has been finalised. Called today to follow up, was told there is a "system error" then was ask to give my bank details, as there is a refund, but was told by the consultant "I cant tell you how much" because there is a "system error". Told the consultant that i will call again everyday at 9am and again at 1.30pm until this is resolved. Piss poor effort....... Called back today at 9.... read more
0 stars. SCAM. Constant harassment, calling, texting and emails. As soon as I answer the phone they immediately ask for my Visa card for payment. Saying I have an outstanding Telstra debt from 15 months ago? I contact Telstra and they said they have nothing to do with this company and not to give them any details. They also said I haven’t missed any payments otherwise they would be contacting me. After I call this company back and tell them they still ask for my banking details for payment! SCAM! I'm in a bad spot and miss payments and stuff sometimes when shit happens - keeping in contact with them and keeping them updated seems to be their only expectation and at this point I'm feeling bad for how much Ive contacted them to say sorry I can't this pay.
