Less than zero stars if i could. My children went to this center for 3 years and initially it was an ok facility. By January of 2025, this center had spiraled into a tragedy waiting to happen. Staff negligence runs rampant at Charter Lane. Inattentive at their best, aggressive and verbally abusive at their worst. I know someone who used this facility and if I could give ZERO stars I would. Their staffing is unreal to say the least. The staff that they do have are so very underaualified that it's sad I've seen so many complaints on various Facebook pages so clearly they have some serious issues. They need to re-evaluate their entire program and start over.

I have 2 children who recently began attending this center and I cannot say enough good things about our experience thus far. Our virtual tour through their first week of care has been wonderful. What I like most about it is the friendly, proactive, and timely communication from the Directors and Teachers. They assist with questions and keep me informed of how the kids are doing or if they have any concerns. I look forward to watching my children develop and grow here in the coming years! :)

Our children have been attending Kindercare - Charter Lane for the last few months. We are beyond grateful for the care, compassion, and service they provide. We would recommend this childcare facility to our friends and family in the area - no questions asked. We feel so at ease when they're at here - Thank you again for loving our kids while we're working.
