I get it childcare is not easy but we tried over and over to overlook things but it got to the point that things were extremely unsafe for our infant/toddler. We went through 3-4 different directors in just over a year. Ratios were often not respected and staff were often on phones distracted when picking up. Less than zero stars if i could. My children went to this center for 3 years and initially it was an ok facility. By January of 2025, this center had spiraled into a tragedy waiting to happen. Staff negligence runs rampant at Charter Lane. Inattentive at their best, aggressive and verbally abusive at their worst. There are no cameras in this facility to ensure that the staff are what they're supposed to be doing. Horrible experience for my child here. I would not recommend this location at least…
