I've been with charter Bank since they first opened.. just because they were the closest Bank at the time to my automotive shop. I like the small town feel .I arrive sweaty dirty dusty greasy, but I've never been fround apon, and always referred to by name.If I lose my debit card I get no attitude, they just smile and print me a new one free of charge... I would refer this bank to anyone.. all the employeees have great personalitys ..which makes it easy and enjoyable to bank here
This bank charges 1% to cash a check drawn on one of their accounts! This is why you don’t have customers in your lobby or parking lot! Wake up folks! Close it up!
