This beautiful care home came to our rescue over the Bank Holiday weekend. One member of staff went above and beyond to help us in our plight, Christine Jane was incredible! From assessing my Aunty to settling her in, with updates and reassurance to help us as a family during this very difficult time. My aunts room is welcoming with a beautiful view. A meal of her choice was offered on arrival, we laughed and said we were all coming to stay. Its a beautiful place from what we have seen so far with very friendly staff members... read more
Manager unapproachable, does not interact with service users of family members, staff common always using mobile phones,service downgraded...........kitchen staff poor hygiene.
