Absolutely dreadful customer service. Said they would be right with us and left a disabled woman sat on a cold floor for 15 mins before we decided to go to Halfords for ours son's 1st bike Edited reply. There was no other customers in the building and ur staff gaslighted both me and my husband to what was actually said. The worst customer service iv ever experienced

This company phoned me today Wednesday and simply hung up. Yeah one of those annoying rude ones. When I called back I got some bollox answering machine message which told me that Charnock Richard cycles is closed on Wednesday. Whoever's owns this company is a genius. Buyer beware if you trust incompetents with your bike...........
Came in with a faulty brake and they fixed it right there and then. Great service as well.
