My experience with Sam was very unfortunate. I was referred to him by my broker on an apartment building acquisition deal. Amongst other things, Sam was completely unresponsive, going weeks without replying to even urgent matters. I would call his office and leave a message asking him to get back to me asap and I still wouldn't hear back from him for weeks. I brought this up to him in a professional manner over email.
