I love this Charming Charlie's!! The selection keeps getting better, just wish the jewelry didn't fade as fast. The employee's are so nice. They have a fantastic team right now. My last trip I had a challenge trying to shop for someone not having a clue what I was doing, and the manager, Amy, was so helpful giving suggestions and searching for the perfect item. So disappointed. I received a jacket as a gift. It was lovely but too small. I was unable to return it because I did not have a receipt. It was a gift! When I explained that it was a gift, the young lady told me that at every transaction a gift receipt is offered and people are told that a receipt is required for returns. The insinuation that she thought I just stole the item was obvious. She quickly explained that it’s a new policy. No receipt no returns. Beware! I love the way the store is organized by color. Weekends are so busy, but they are quick to open another register if needed.
