Too many items are defective or just look cheap. Everytime time I go in for a return there's a problem. This last time, they had rung me up for something I didn't buy and they refused to refund it!!! I got freaking robbed by Charming Charlie! If I ever shop this store again I'll be taking my chances at Crocker Park. The girls here always have that "mean girl" vibe going on...
