Charming Charlie's is great and this store is very clean and organized. However, I overheard an employee complaining to another employee about a customer that only came in for a free gift. When we checked out, the same employee tried to upsell us (which is fine) but when we politely declined, her attitude completely changed and she was rude and obviously annoyed.
Extremely rude sales person. She lied about the return policy and lied that our coupon was not valid.
I received a Gift Card for $30 from a friend. I did not use it for awhile and when I attempted to use it, it would not work. I contacted Charming Charlie in May and they said they would email me a credit which I never received . I contacted them the other day and still have not received a response.
Cute store to shop and browse at; I love it's selection of dresses and accessories!
it was a really nice store!! lots of cute stuff and not too expensive!
