Charmian is a very skilled and intuitive healer. I had some complicated health issues which she helped me heal. My body become healthier and stronger with her acupuncture treatments. I highly recommend her treatments.

Charmian is a really, really talented acupuncturist. In fact, I shopped around Santa Cruz for the best acupuncturist I could find and she was it! She puts so much care and attention into each session and it never feels rushed. Her sessions are always effective. My body always feels completely different after each session, like a weight has been lifted and I am my whole self again. Charmian is a true healer and I am so so glad I found her. I hope others can take the time to see her and better their health, as well!

I contacted Charmian for massage because I was having terrible neck pain for a while and nothing I was doing was helping. Charmian gave me a fabulous massage and afterwards I was able to actually turn my neck! Not only that, she gave me suggestions for different yoga postures and ways to hold my posture that would help my neck not become so tense in the future.
