I got given a generic gift voucher which Charm Thai Therapy was actively apart of on fresha. When I arrived to my appointment, I got there slightly earlier to make mention of the voucher. Firstly I was told the lady I was booked in with was finishing in 15 minutes and wasn't going to be able to look after me. Then I was told that they don’t accept the voucher because it previously hadn’t worked with another client.
