Charm removals, booked via Muval, was one of the worst companies I've dealt with. There were no updates on the pickup time, and no communication whatsoever. At the last minute, I was told by admin that they don't do interstate trips. Then, Muval said the truck broke down. Don't be fooled by the five-star reviews; they seem fake and are being posted over and over by someone on their behalf.
From start to finish moving with charm was fantastic, Samantha was great to deal with,Matt and ojay were very professional and all round top blokes,the rates were very reasonable, just made moving that much easier. I would definitely recommend them if your moving
