Unfortunately my child did not have a good experience with Charm City. During his first evaluation the doctor didn’t even introduce herself or explain what the process would be like to make myself or my child comfortable. After three visits it was discovered that someone in the office put his DOB in the system wrong and he was evaluated under the wrong age group using the wrong criteria. Charm City Therapy is a truly remarkable place. The team of OTs, PTs, and SLPs is incredibly dedicated, thoughtful, and innovative in their approach to therapy. They consistently tailor sessions to meet each child’s unique needs, and evidence of such is seen in all the progress that clients make. Wonderful, kind therapists who strive to provide client-centered services to all patients.
Thank you Charm City Therapy. Our son has made so much progress since he started getting OT and SLP services. Ms Nicole and Ms Zippy not only helped our child but also help teach us so we can better support him at home too. The office staff responds to our questions, requests. My only wish is that they expand their program that is a little closer to where we live. Thank you!
