The owners, Lana and Ben, are a real pleasure to work with. Professional, courteous and very attentive. They have high quality therapists and a very supportive office staff. They work hard to provide best-in-class services and I would highly recommend them.
Charm City Therapy got my child in quickly for both evaluations; therapy was started shortly after. The therapists are warm, friendly, engaging, and have a wealth of information. We are pleased with our child's progress. Our child looks forward to attending her sessions.
Unfortunately my child did not have a good experience with Charm City. During his first evaluation the doctor didn’t even introduce herself or explain what the process would be like to make myself or my child comfortable. After three visits it was discovered that someone in the office put his DOB in the system wrong and he was evaluated under the wrong age group using the wrong criteria. He was evaluated again and I was told I would not be charged since it was their error, however I was still charged for the second evaluatio... read more
