I am forever grateful to the team at Charm City Run. I stopped in last night for a pair of socks as I forgot to pack a pair for my travels. The ladies working showed me all the options and I was set to walk out without anything when they offered me a demo pair from the back. They went out of their way to help a wayward traveler and it made my day!
Its was great experience dealing with staff there especially when they called to say we're sorry that your order lost or misplaced, its here now an we have a store gift card for the inconvenience, that was real nice an i know ill be going back to the Fells Point location for that, its how you treat people.
