Waited roughly 20 minutes outside to order a single Dubai chocolate bar in the cold. Traveled over an hour to pick this up. I’m very disappointed in the transparency and lack of commitment for the customers. There should be clear signs of no in store pickup or in person pickup, Everything is online only. Also a Christmas favorite here! I always take them to give as a gift to my family in Brazil and everybody loves it! This year, I truly enjoyed their Santa dark chocolate pop - it was the perfect size for our toddler! The dark chocolate nonparelis were also a hit for us. Todd and all the team have always been super helpful every time I contacted them with questions. I highly recommend their chocolate!
I reached out to Charm City Chocolate for 100+ holiday truffles as a relatively last-minute addition to employee holiday gifts, and Michelle and Todd were amazing!
