Excellent private aviation experience with Charm Aviation NYC! From booking to landing, everything was handled professionally. The staff was courteous and accommodating, making the entire process seamless. The aircraft was immaculately maintained and very comfortable. We have had such a wonderful flight with a gentle pilot. The service before the flight was excellent. CA reminded us to take our passports with us. In the terminal all of them employees were so kind and competend. We felt safe and warm. Whenever I went backen to NY, I would fly again with CA.

I had requested a booking for a surprise trip for my parents for their 30th wedding anniversary. The helicopter ride itself was very good and no complaints. However the staff at the desk specifically a woman name Jenny was very rude to us. What was meant to be a happy experience was ruined by her inability to handle costumer care. Also it says no where in the booking that the person who booked need to show their ID. I had booked it for my parents as a surprise gift but they were adamant on seeing my ID and would not proceed ... read more
