They lost my mums will which caused multiple issues including being unable to close the house sale for 4/6 months instead of the usual 3/4 weeks, I checked these timeframes with the probate office, also they had an air or not caring what they had done just a patronising way to talking down to me I a we know better than you tone. Do not leave anything in their care, they will lost it then charge you through the nose to resolve it

We sold our house with Charltons and received a great service throughout ! They are competitively priced and we found that Antonia and her team were always available to help and update us on progress .
