I have been a weekly visitor here for 3 years now. The afternoon entertainments which are set up for residents are a joy. Today John took us on a trip to Sweden. Attired as a flight attendant he acted out amusingly our flight experience, handed out krona and gave us a guided tour. Of course there were sweets! The Swedes apparently eat a lot ; sweet Saturday. I worked in care system for almost 10 years,I visited few care homes in that time but I never experienced such a positive attitude towards a job that people do have at Charlton Kings care home.Hard working people,person-centered and very helpful to each other and residents at every occasion.Reading some of negative feedbacks makes me feel like an individual who wrote it either doesn't like working in care and can't cope with job or they purposely leave negative feedback to make a damage to people who actually care.
