I do NOT recommend purchasing GFL's residential disposal services. GFL offers unreliable service, they have missed pick-up on multiple occasions, and often take an entire week to send a truck out for remedial pick-up.
Horrible service. My trash wasn’t picked up Wednesday morning. Driver said there was no trash can out front. I left the can out Tuesday night beside my mailbox/tree and it was still sitting there the next day.Not sure how you don’t see a big green trash can. You have to go through 3 people in order to talk with a supervisor because they are never available. When you do get in contact with them, they have horrible attitudes and basically call you a liar. Do better.
Delivery and pickup were great! Reasonable price.
BEWARE. If I could leave zero stars, I would. GFL engages in deceptive practices, selling recycling services that it does not actually provide. They also raised our prices on a dumpster and a recycling container by double within the three year commercial contract. I attempted to cancel 45 days prior to the contract renewing and they forced us to pay more than $2000 to have the dumpsters removed.
