When you first walk in, you think it's a small showroom. Boy thay is so not true. So many options to choose from. We had a great experience there. Very helpful sales staff. I am terrible with names, but she checked more than once on different items to see if they were in stock and color options. She was very knowledgeable. Thank you for making this a less stressful situation and helping is find our furniture needs. Support local!!!
We had a wonderful experience at Charlotte’s, they went above and beyond to assist us with finding the perfect fit for my son’s new home. And the delivery and set up was great as well and on time. Highly recommend! We will definitely use them again in the future!
I ordered furniture after visiting charlotte’s in 2021. During that time, Covid had slowed shipping down incredibly and it took months for my furniture to arrive. For a “cash discount”, I chose delivery and installation of the furniture. The mirror arrived broken and one bed slat was cracked. The company replaced those.
