Our relationship with Charlotte Villa began as the Covid-19 epidemic got underway in March of 2020. Following surgery and a lengthy period of rehabilitation in hospital; our sister was no longer able to manage independently in her current living situation. My aunt recently moved to Charlotte Villa in assisted living, and all the staff have been very friendly and welcoming. They made sure my aunt had all the supports she needed as she came over from the hospital. The space is cozy and light-filled, and there are great activities on the go every day that she can participate in. Thank you to the staff for making her transition to her new home as smooth as possible!

I went into respite care at Charlotte Villa in Brantford shortly after my hip replacement surgery. This was my second major surgery in six months and I needed a safe place to heal and be taken care of. Charlotte Villa was the perfect spot. It is comfortable, light-filed and welcoming and the staff are second to none. They truly care about the residents and each other and do their best to make the facility a place filled with peace and joy.

My mother has lived at Charlotte Villa for the last 5 years. We have always found the staff to be very helpful and informative. We moved mom in during Covid, the staff was so kind having to climatize a new resident to 2 weeks of isolation. Food is "Very Good" according to my mother she has no complaints. I would recommend Charlotte Villa to anyone looking for a retirement home. They are truly invested in the well being of their residents.
