Went there last night to deliver medication and the staff refused to take it to the patient which to me is elderly abuse because she had a respiratory thing going on and you couldn't enter her room
For her last 6 years, my mother called Charlotte Villa home. She quickly involved herself in this community, and especially loved the live entertainment, bingo, and other activities. At the end of her life, the staff allowed us to celebrate her life at Charlotte Villa. We are grateful for the support, kindness and care she received.
