Susan listens objectively, offers tools that help me grow stronger. With her guidance and kind words I've been able to pull out of a spiral of anxiety and begin to move forward with my life. Self compassion is now a part of my daily practice.
Susan is a caring therapist who takes time to listen to her clients. She makes me feel heard no matter what we are talking about. She has helped me become more confident and comfortable in life.
